Nothing to photograph, hence a very familiar scene here. It does look nice in the teeny bit of sun we've had .....

I hurt my back at the weekend, and today it was still very sore. It felt like my tail bone was about to burst through my skin! I was bit worried, but hopefully it will just take a bit of time to heal.

I had therapy this evening. It was nice but I felt I only skimmed the surface of the topics rather than feeling pain. We've acknowledged it, and next week we'll perhaps go bit deeper....
