with the boo

paid off in a big way - before storm clouds moved in - over the mountains - covering what had - been a blue sky - as seen here

the boo’s ears slicked back - and she began cawing - of course she saw - him before i did - then seemingly out of - nowhere, there he was - wings stretched out in - glorious flight - coming fast, i raised my camera - knowing i had but - one, perhaps 2 shots - to get it right - snap, snap and he was past us - the boo pacing - on high alert - she’s so funny - in bird stalking mode

i believe this is a coopers hawk - but as always am no expert - so chances are, i am wrong - all i know for certain - is seeing these birds - in full on flight - is a royal treat - and will forever lead to...
