seen from the house this morning, topical as the avalanche risk is stated as 'considerable'.
One unfortunate is currently missing on Aonach Mhor, having been avalanched two days ago. His companion managed to raise the alarm despite being badly injured. Very sad!
The Mistle Thrushes were competing for territory this morning and I was chasing them round hoping for a decent shot! They taunted me by singing when I was nowhere near then flying off at my approach!
