Coffee morning

The restaurant in our local winery, Denbies, is like a giant glasshouse, (see extra) and it is a very sociable place. Today it was the meeting place for a Coffee Morning for my WI. We are a large WI and we are a tight fit in our regular meeting place, so it was suggested that we have a coffee morning in a different venue every two months which would give members a chance to chat and to mix with people they may not necessarily know. Although I have been a member since the very first meeting, there are plenty of people I don’t know, and I enjoyed the change.
Coffee Morning over, we took the opportunity to browse in the excellent (but expensive!) gift shop, and visit the gallery on the first floor where there was an exhibition by local artists.
