Making baloon powered cars

Today we spent that afternoon at a friends, with a few home ed friends, making baloon powered cars. The materials came from a kit but they did require measuring and cutting to size, including sawing dowel to make the axles, before following the instructions on how to build the little cars. It was a fun afternoon ending with baloon powered car races and cake.
