Hepatica nobilis

Sorry I don't know a common name for this, in fact I had to read the label in Kanyl's garden to get even this name.After visiting Kanyl the main business of the day was at the Lodge.

My Ex pupil and his son have more of less finished the refurb of the bathrooms at the Lodge, apart from fitting a mirror, tomorrow.   So we had to get everything back in its place before morning.   Why the rush?  Well stuart is coming in first thing to do the PAT Testing.   (For the pedant - he knows who he is)  Yes I know PAT stands for portable appliance testing, so to add testing after it is tautology.   However to me saying he is coming to do the PAT neither rings true or really makes sense.
