Cumbria

Landscapes today: this is beautiful countryside, in the Vale of Eden.  We're staying in the Black Swan Hotel in Ravenstonedale, near Kirkby Stephen and it's beautiful, all of it.

We even had an argument and went outside in the dark to march about feeling cross, in the watery moonlight, still air and beautiful countryside.  We made up . . .

It's chilly, of course, but milder than it should be.  The Extra shows some dusting of snow to the southwest.
