The Candidate

Up early to head to Oxfordshire for a day of meetings and interviews.

A good meeting talking about BIM (Building Information Modelling), hopefully an industry first later on this year.

Then two candidates for one of the roles I'm advertising.  Both very good candidates and I still have two more to see.  I'm hopeful that I can fill this vacancy and boost my team, which is just me at the minute.  Lol!

And then up to Mansfield!
