The Inn on the Old North Road

Travelled on to Retford today for a 2 day process mapping workshop.

A very good day apart from a hotel disaster.  For some unknown reason the hotel had cancelled my booking, apparently I did it, which was news to me.  So a sudden emergency to find a new one, so I ended up back at the over a hundred year old inn on the side of the A1.  Last time I stayed there everyone took the mickey out of me about it being haunted.  It's not!  Lol!

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A productive day
2.  Excellent food at the Inn
3.  The TV series Happy Valley which I've started watching
