Life's Debris

Woke up with a banging headache this morning, so cancelled most things apart from what was going to be an aromatherapy session, but became a reflexology one instead, as my therapist is going for her second hip replacement on Monday, and it would mean she could sit while working.
It did help a bit - if nothing else, I was extremely chilled after an hour of having my feet massaged and manipulated!

Once I got home, and after a couple more things were achieved, I took the stronger painkillers and sprawled on the sofa in front of Crufts - which I missed the end of.
So, here is a part-drunk, and now stone cold coffee (a bit on the weak side) and the general detritus of a lazy afternoon.

My head feels tense at the moment, but the headache is less now.
