I think. Penny said "as soon as you are up and showered we are going for a walk. before the sun goes in". So we did. Lovely. Boosted the spirits. And so, ast the time of writing (2021) I have done 14074 steps. alledgey 2068 calories but I am less convinced on that. Lovely to walk with Penny . Hopefully we can repeat tomorrow.
