A Stroll to See Cole on the Pole

After observing  the osprey for years, I think I am beginning to "understand" them. Understand...in the fact that I think I can sense when they are about to fly away.

Here's the sequence. First, Cole raises his rear and poops. Then, he does a major shake, and I mean major...as in violent. After that shake, he's ready to rumble. Off the pole, Cole doth go.

One question. Do you think it's ethically legal...to portray the stately sea eagle...when he's being less than regal?
