Why, oh why, is it that even the tiniest, wafer-thin, bit of sorting manages to take the ground from under my feet, yet again.....?
I just thought I’d take few books through to oxfam. Here’s one of them with one of the cards I sent him in amongst its leaves and, as I have found so often, a newspaper article and review of the book. He often did that. I’ve kept this one for now but like to feel that the others will have given someone the small pleasure of discovering the article amongst the pages of a book that has just made a small contribution to oxfam’s work. This must have been a valentines card from when we were in Nerja, trying to get some drier warmer air for his dear lungs.
