It was another very busy day on the promenade. The swimmers. The buskers. The dog walkers. The cyclists. The families. A lack of wind helped too.

My recovery continues too which is good.

The Rugby Union Triple Crown was won by England at Twickenham this afternoon. What chances of Scotland beating France tomorrow, I wonder?
