Such a nice day on campus (like 63 degrees outside today!), I decided to walk around. Finally stopped at the May 4th Memorial (that's Kent State for those who didn't check my bio page). Took some pictures. The song for my title is super fitting for this entry because it is about the shootings. All three of the photos are from the area where the protest took place, and the photo with the hole and the "needs a flower" written in chalk is actually where one of the bullets hit. Pretty interesting. I ended up walking around for an hour and a half and got a bit sunburnt surprisingly!! Called up Macho to tell her how we were both missing out on the St. Patties day festivites and she decided to make the 45 minute journey to hang out for an hour. What an awesome lady! Got some green beer and Guys pizza. Good times :)
