Victoria sponge

Youngest wanted to bake yesterday so we made this rather fancy pants Victoria sponge. It's delicious.

Went to docs today who confirmed I have an infection and gave me antibiotics. I feel as though I'm there every week lately and feel extremely lucky they're there for me to go to!
