Problem > Solution > Helping the World

I got inveigled into doing some "world of work" sessions for 45 primary school children today.  I had an hour to describe my job, and answer any questions.  I tried!  This is me describing my job as "problem - solution - helping the world".  It was when I got on to my place of work (in a virtual world) that the fun started :)
