Pottering

Wind & rain again has meant a pretty miserable grey day.......but undeterred we went for a potter.

A drive to Cedar Farm Galleries, where a coffee in Roberts Roastery is an absolute must....and a piece of their granola too! They were mid roasting when we arrived, the aroma was heavenly! You can see the beans being roasted and the end result in extras :-)

The main blip is the little florist shop called The Potting Shed, which is rather quaint but looked a little forlorn in the damp and dismal weather.... still worth blipping I think :-)

We drove over to Derby House after our coffee and had a mooch around......I got a new jacket and a pair of boots, both in their sale :-)

Back at home we finished off the homemade vegetable soup I made for a late lite lunch.

I have spent a while on fb this afternoon connecting with old school friends, as there is to be a reunion in June, after 45 years, think name badges might be needed!!

Dinner is evening is going to be gammon, low fat sausage, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms & peas ......will make a nice change, and all SW friendly :-)

I hope everyone is well and looking after themselves.....
