SOB Volleyball - Day 1

South of the Border volleyball is back in Ixtapa for a week and I am once again taking photos of various clients as they play one of their scheduled competitive matches. This afternoon, however, was all about fun and games on Playa La Ropa. Shown here is what pros do to keep life interesting while playing with a bunch of everyday people. Pro number one, Kevin, is setting a quick (with one hand while holding a coconut) for pro number two, Mike, who is hitting said quick while holding a beer. Of course, the set was perfect and the hit went straight to the sand. Even with these handicaps, the pros are still able to outplay most of us mere mortals. Tomorrow I start with my clients, so there will be lots of volleyball photos in the coming week, but no others with coconuts.
