Welcome to one of my favourite activities

I have several favourite activities and the one on top of the heap depends on what's going on at the time. Most days all I want to do is get outside for some exercise, coupled with another favourite, taking photos. Then there's drinking with mates, playing with the cat, cooking... the list goes on. Right now however I'm a bit laid up, temporarily and with nothing serious but no real chance of getting out and about today. Luckily another favourite activity is being at home. I like it here. I like the way the morning sun puts shadows of the tiger grass and the rubber tree on the blind. If you look closely at the top right window pane you'll see the shadow of a spider. I like stepping out onto the verandah and I love the garden beyond (thanks to M). Some days being at home is all I want to do.
