Recycling - my foot!

A bit drier today, but the odd shower and a very cold wind.

We stopped off at the recycling bins this morning and this sight was right next to the window, so a Blip it had to be!

I don't understand it. Someone takes the trouble to drive down to the recycling bins then chucks all this out. I suppose it's quicker than driving out to the 'dump'! How I would love to catch somebody at it! Who's going to clear this up?

My extra today is a small dog in Pets at Home. I'm not sure what he's meant to be doing!
