Trimmings

You have no idea how tricky it is to trim excess embellishment from a suffocating axolotl - from six gills with four tufts of fringed yarn on each, curling in all directions - but it had to be done and here is the pile that was taken off to allow it to breathe more easily. 
I do hope the Flumlet approves.

We woke to snow this morning, all 1" of it, ( see extra) but which gradually disappeared when the rain came. I am still waiting to wear the snow boots I bought in the Boxing Day sales of 2018.
