Having a big cooking session tonight. Berry is away and I have the music on loud. Currently cooking is tomato chutney (simmering on the stove) and beetroot (for tomorrow night's Chocolate and beetroot cake. Lined up is the veg for tonight's Thai Green Curry and the onion and courgette to fry as part of the couscous stuffing in tomorrow night's veggie dish.

Still to go tomorrow...oriental steamed chicken, lemon and Parmesan asparagus and the cake.
