Flower Friday

I went up to the hospital this morning for a blood test, only to be told I should have fasted for 12 hours;  I'm certain the doctor will have mentioned it to me but obviously my mind was elsewhere and now I'll have to go back on Monday.  All being well the coastal workshop is still on for tomorrow so I'm looking forward to that;  it will be a long day and unless the weather is poor it will be very enjoyable.
