Brontë bedroom bed warming pan and bedspread
Today Mr hazelh and I drove up hill, down dale, and across the windy moors to visit the Brontë museum in Haworth. We've wanted to go there ever since reading The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde - one of the funniest books ever (in our opinion). After a wander through the Brontës' house and the exhibitions, we enjoyed hearty vegetable soup and tuna sandwiches in a nearby café.
On our way back to our accommodation we called into Masham for tea/hot chocolate and provisions. We noticed that the small public library is open tomorrow, so plan to call in then to see if we can find any trace of Mr hazelhs' great grandparents and/or grandmother in its local studies collection.
I took my blip in the Brontë father's bedroom.
Exercise today: none.
