Compare and contrast

M. is a scientist by training, and has really taken to making sourdough bread over the past few years. A week or so ago, we got some starter from the local sourdough bread shop in Saffron Walden, Mini Miss bread, so today M. Has made one using  his own, and one using their starter. They are both delicious, the ‘professional’ one is lighter in texture.  A hobby of his I will positively encourage!
