John and I got up early to walk Chloe along the canal . Home now to see how we are going to fill our day.

Have decided to watch the news once a day, otherwise gloom and doom sets in.

Keeping busy, keeping in touch and keeping sane is the order of the day!

Took Chloe out nearby and walked past Joyce’s house. Saw her sitting near her window, phoned her to look out , and gave her a virtual hug. She laughed. I hope it made a wee difference to her day!
