A day in the forest with Herman and Mikkel

Started out in the morning with Herman and Mikkel. Carrying food, water and chocolate for the whole day. Their parents have a tough time  due to the corona challenge. No sales in the 4 lady shops of their mother. She is forced to close her shops within a few days. 35 employees must go on leave, leave on absence with pay from the authorities though. Lot of questions and insecurities will follow. Their father still in quarantine. Tries to work from home. Gives some challenges to us grandparents too. Today we were looking for elks and roe-deers. Saw fresh traces of elks but no animal. Heard some birds, but I was not able to tell what kind. Supper together before we brought them home to their beds, Will pick them up tomorrow morning. Have to plan for a new adventure day. If behind comments, I hope you understand the reason why.
