Desperate daffs

I heard on the news today that we shall all be doomed by the rise of antibiotic resistant bacteria even before climate change has had the chance to sweep us all away. Tant pis, as raheney_eye might say.

A long day of moiling at the GUI was only interrupted by a brief visit to Shop - where I frittered away another whole poond, since last week's had to be moved on to the compost bin today. Still, at least the forsythia twigs are starting to bud!

Others have the luxury of a photogenic whippet when they find themselves short of a blip.
