Barred

Tall thin trees surrounding our hotel seem to bar us from leaving.

Yesterday did not turn out well. Few planes landed in a short window of visibility, but not ours. Diverted to Idaho Falls, and on returning, weather deteriorated. Suffering an over-crowded airport for many hours, a second attempt to leave later in the day was also thwarted. So, without compensation, an overnight stay swiftly arranged. 

Although beyond the trees blue sky peeps deceptively into the frame, more snow is forecast for the afternoon. A third attempt via a circuitous route, still uncertain, it begins to feel like the great escape.
