Nature carries on, regardless

Day off today. So chance to check out the garden. We recently moved in and even though the previous owner left the garden in a terrible state, you can see the bones of it coming to life now its spring. Over the decades folk have planted hundreds of spring bulbs from bluebells, daffs and tulips. This little one is the first daffodil to open.
