Much amazement!

When the "Disputer" finally gave up the ghost I took it to the local Computer mechanics who set about it, rescued what they could and moved it on to my external HDD.
I'm still looking at multiseveral photos I've not seen, it seems, since the dawn of history.
I found this motley one, in a vastly worse state; this is the best I could do but as it was I wouldn't have even thought of offering it up to Blip.
It appears to be a "Redwing (Turdus iliacus)"; though it would probably be more honest to have callled it a "Redflank", on account of having brown wings; and brownwing could apply to possibly dozens of the little critters. Identifying/recording it is, probably, why I took it in the first place.
