Promise me you'll BUCK UP!!!

Each year we, generally, have a little bit of the Christmas Dinner from our own garden.
May be as little as Brussel's Sprouts, maybe add Broad beans (Arguably my favo(u)rite veg.) Maybe even spuds.

This year we over-bought on the spud front, which left little/no room for much else. I did manage to get parsnips in. {OH! Is that what they are?}
I'd heard, many times, that they did quite well if started in toilet-roll centres.

They were, and they didn't.

Because ? ? ? The ground beneath, obviously, wasn't tilled to any depth. The ground was so snow covered and frozen that thank God we bought some. You can see why it was a good idea, they looks as if they've rushed full-tilt backwards at a wall.

Ah well? better luck next time.

A) Didn't elect to do this.
B) Can't see how to undo.

AHA!!! It was something to do with the way I, originally, did "favorite". Bracketing the <u> as an "optional extra" for us over here, and "them over there" to ignore and using [square] brackets
