Social Distancing

I thought it was a good idea to venture over to Wrightsville Beach today.  Other than a few couples (Gina and I included), it was virtually abandoned.  We walked.  As you can see, the beach was windswept, but warm, a fairly pleasant trek.  We unfolded our chairs and relaxed.  After 45 minutes, the truck (in the extra below) chased us.  It seems that the council had voted this afternoon to close the beach.  Not sure why.  Seems to me to be a perfect place to enjoy the salt air and be away from the crowds.
