Toilet roll cover

I found this toilet roll cover discarded in the street. I have always thought that toilet roll covers are silly but this one is particularly silly, being chicken-themed and because of the apparent scarcity of dunny rolls. So they're not just silly, they are useless.

Today the supermarket had a supply of toilet paper but you had to get on the end of a long queue and be issued with your tissue ration. We didn't participate.
