Needs some TLC

There's no shortage of buildings in my home suburb that could be described as derelict, to varying degrees. This one has peeling paint and rust, plus some interesting wall art on the right. Some of the poles and wires also give a derelict look to the street scape, including this one. But what I like are the lamps hanging from the awnings. I was standing under one and you can see two in front of the building. They go through the whole strip.
