EMOTIONS

Woke up this morning and immediately started to cry...just washed with sadness and fear. Then saw a beautiful painting by every child in a primary school before it closed yesterday then someone sent a beautiful poem...,now I was a blubbering wreck. Messaged our new church whatsapp group...fancy a walk?.....at a distance .
First job...sort and deliver fresh food boxes donated by a restaurant that’s closed. Uplifting emotions
Popped up to Mums to deliver some groceries then stopped for a cuppa in the garden at a distance . It was nice to chat...felt calm sitting and chatting in the sunshine
##then met my girlie friends (who I holiday with!!!!) and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the woods. So restful close to nature and we laughed. Just what I needed.
Now staying home....# Daisy is happy with that!!!
