Robin

A perfect harbinger of spring if there ever was one.  An American Robin (Turdus migratorius), to give it its proper scientific denomination; turdus indicates that it belongs to the thrush family. We were on a lovely sunny afternoon walk around the next block. One of my favorite robin images was just last May.
