So close ...............

 .............. to the truth in many dog-friendly households I imagine!
Certainly in ours (altho we didn't have a cage, it was the utility room!)
The cartoon dog bears quite a resemblance to Mister Whisper too.

This is an advert, for a certain kind of dog food, which often features in the Saturday paper - thought it was good for a smile in these CV19-ridden times.

Happy times in the BB household after a 10.30am trip to the supermarket today - two dozen free range, large eggs - the shelf was full (tick), 240 decent teabags - last box (tick), two packs of spaghetti - about 50 packs available (tick).

It's very interesting (to me anyway) how the buying pattern has changed over a couple of weeks  -  first it was the (weird) mass buying of toilet paper (I still don't understand that) along with pasta, eggs and tinned tomatoes  -  yesterday the shelves were devoid of dog/cat food, cat litter, cooking oil, minced beef, joints of meat, gammon, sausages and beer/cider of all brands except Corona (people are strange, do they think it carries the virus?? Duh)! 

UK has now ordered the closing of pubs/clubs etc. so it would appear that BBQs with plenty of alcohol are on the cards!!   :o))

Onward and upward, blipbuddies ........... stay safe and I wish you all healthy times ahead.
