Bee-ing sensible

We dropped some supplies off at Mum and Dad's this morning, and wished Mum a Happy Mother's Day from a safe distance, outside. Other than that, we've hung out at home, and Mr DA cooked a roast.

I spent some time communing with the bees in the front garden (there were hundreds of them!) and saw my first ladybird of the year, a 7-spot (see Extras).

Somewhat alarmed to see all the pictures of throngs of people at well known beauty spots and recreational spaces, carrying on as if everything is normal and completely disregarding the social distancing advice. It feels like the government is going to have to get tougher, as other countries have.
