Sunrise

View from my bedroom this morning!
I set up the camera trap at the bottom of the garden as friends in a few places have had hedgehogs back in their gardens and food has gone the last three nights in my garden. Nipped out to get the card at about 6:30 and got quite a surprise.
First a rat making multiple visits, then a number of mice. Then, bingo, a hedgehog looking fit and healthy. And then ...... A badger! V excited. See extras.
Had a lovely early walk on my own then settled down to some more gardening in the sun. Saw red-legged partridges in the field along the road. A peacock butterfly landed next to me whilst weeding. Lovely day.
