Blossom

Dropped off a bag of books, Mother’s Day card and an orchid to my parents’ doorstep this morning. We went into the back garden and sat at least 4m apart for a few minutes whilst we had a quick chat. Parents are doing OK so far but Mum has an oncology appointment on Tuesday which she is really worried about going to. I’m sure they can do it on the phone as she already has the results of the scan and no examination would be needed. She will phone up tomorrow and ask if it’s possible. We really don’t want her going anywhere near a hospital waiting room. 

A quick walk around Pickering’s Pasture again but we didn’t stay out long at all as there were too many people around for my liking. OK they were all keeping their distance, but still, I didn’t like it. 

Done a bit of reading and cooking as neither of us felt like gardening, although we really should have taken advantage of the good weather more. Hopefully we have some more to come this coming week.
