Distressed magnolia

We're having a spell of excellent weather during the day, sun, clear blue sky but a rather cold easterly wind. And light frost at night. The magnolia flowers can't cope with the colder temperatures at night and are turning brown and wilting in a day. See the extra for a close-up !
