Baking

Today is an important National Holiday in Greece but no celebrations this time, though I did hear the church bells ringing very loudly this morning.
I didn't get much work done, but I did make some rathe makeshift mince pies and apple tarts out of some pastry remnants I found in the freezer, and the end of a jar of mincemeat at the back of the fridge, which was far more therapeutic. Plus I really enjoyed doing a quite energetic (by my standards) 20 minute workout I found on YouTube.
