Rock bottom

Back blip.

Today I didn't get out of bed. I felt so awful I stayed in bed all day. Like many people I have a little tinnitus, so I put some music on to drown out the ringing which is much worse when you are ill and spent most of the day in a stupor.

In the early afternoon I was well enough to watch a little TV on my tablet, and I took a picture of my most recent blips, which is all I could manage as a blip.

As this is a back blip and about 1 week in arrears I can say I'm a lot better now, but Sunday and Monday were grim. You could have cooked eggs on me I was so hot, but I felt so cold that it was unbelievable.
