OUT OF THE RUT!!

WEEK 46: lost 1 stone 6lbs
AIM: another 1 lb off for next week.

Think I'm out of that rut and I WON'T fall back in! She says positively knowing I've got 2 celebration meals next week but I am going to do 2 more long walks! I am also going to cut out down on bread as I think this is not helping.

Thanks for support...I've started to explain to friends about this journal now and I feel a commitment to everyone who comments not to have that cake, chocolate or packet of crisps....
