WALK IT OFF

ON TRACK.

WEEK 47: lost 1 stone 7lbs
AIM : 3 sensible meals a day and NO snacking.

Cor that was a hard week but did 2 long walks and swimming but found it really hard not too pick. Think you can deign yourself so much that cravings make it worse. Really craving crisps, chips and chocolate today...think I deserve a curry tonight and then start tomorrow. ......honestly!
