Still Life With Black Banana

- or how to make roasted banana ice cream. 
I put some overripe bananas in the fridge intending to banana bread or muffins. I forgot about them until today and I had promised Hubby I would make ice cream. I don't really like banana ice cream but I found a recipe for roasted banana ice cream which sounded yummy. The bananas are first baked for 40 minutes with brown sugar and a bit of butter. We had a taste of the ice cream but are saving it for tomorrow as it tends to be a bit soft when it first comes out of the machine.
No new wildlife presented itself today so a tongue-in-cheek Still Life became my blip.
