Herm Blues
Whilst out on my 'allowed' exercise today on this very cold day I noticed and rather liked the blues of the sea between Guernsey and Herm. I would like to add that my hands were also blue after wrangling with the camera for only a few minutes. Herm Island is closed to visitors until further notice which I imagine will be for this summer.
The flowers and bushes on the cliff path are so beautiful in bloom just now, and there is another shot in extras. The colours are so vivid at the moment. We are discouraged from using cars unless it is absolutely necessary. Our dogs have enough scope in the garden thankfully, which is good news as their preferred walk would be the beach. So, sorry in advance if our blips are all within walking distance of home ;)
Our virus numbers continue to rise and the very sad news came today that somehow it has now been confirmed in a nursing home. Most have had closed doors for weeks, so it is very strange and exceedingly sad it has reached the most vulnerable.
