On the BSL morning run

After a 7am start from central Newcastle, a dozen strong group (all attendees at this week's BIM Show LIve and led by two locals) on a running tour of the city, taking in some historical and architectural landmarks over the course of an 8km run. The route included some selfies as we crossed the Tyne, and a brutal finish up a flight of steps from the riverside.
